Go to the FAQCan I change the contents of my Basket?
Yes! Each week, your Basket is built from 4 to 5 seasonal fruits chosen by our team based on what’s coming in. From there, you’re free to adjust the contents — add more of one fruit, reduce another — it’s up to you. It’s all managed from your customer account, before noon on the Friday ahead of your delivery.
Where do you deliver, and when?
Delivery is included anywhere in Switzerland via Swiss Post, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. It’s reliable, with no extra fees, and it covers the whole country, including small towns and outlying areas. We also deliver to construction sites, workshops, gyms, coworking spaces, and more. Nothing stops us from delivering our fresh organic fruit — good for your health and good for the mood. We’re rolling out Monday cargo-bike delivery soon in Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Bern, and Biel. Interested in Mondays in your city? Can I pause or cancel easily?
Yes, no fees and no minimum commitment. You manage it all from your customer account: a temporary pause for company holidays, a size change, a new delivery address, or full cancellation. The only rule: any change has to reach us before noon on the Friday before delivery. After that, your delivery is already on order and can’t be canceled.
How does billing work?
You’ll get an invoice at the end of the month, with a 30-day payment window. If you manage several delivery addresses, they all show up on one consolidated invoice, a single document for your accounting. If the price changes on an active Subscription, we’ll let you know by email at least 15 days in advance. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you’d rather.
Is the fruit really ugly?
Off-size, sometimes oddly shaped, but once they’re on the counter, no one can tell the difference. Sometimes they’re perfectly sized but come from overproduction, so they’re actually quite pretty. People often ask us why they’re considered “Ugly” but mostly how they can taste this good ;)
