Can I change what's in my basket?

Yes! Each week, your basket is made up of 4 to 5 seasonal fruits picked by our team based on what’s coming in. You can then adjust the contents however you like — add more of one fruit, dial down another — you decide. It’s all managed from your customer account, before Friday at noon ahead of your delivery.

Where and when do you deliver?

Delivery is included everywhere in Switzerland via Swiss Post, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. It’s reliable, with no extra fees, and it covers the whole country including small towns and outlying areas. We also deliver to construction sites, workshops, gyms, coworking spaces — nothing stops us from delivering our fresh organic fruit, good for your health and a real boost for morale!

We’re rolling out Monday delivery by cargo bike soon in Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Bern, and Biel. Interested in Mondays in your city? Click that day when you order — we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available where you are.

Can I pause or cancel easily?

Yes, no fees and no minimum commitment. You handle everything from your customer account: temporary pauses for company holidays, switching size, changing the delivery address, or canceling for good. The only rule: any change has to reach us before Friday at noon ahead of the delivery. After that, your delivery is already ordered and can no longer be canceled.

How does billing work?

You get an invoice at the end of the month, with a 30-day payment window. If you manage multiple delivery addresses, they all show up on one consolidated invoice — one document for your accounting. If the price changes on an active Subscription, you’ll be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. You can cancel before the new price kicks in if you’d rather.

Is the fruit really ugly?

Off-grade, sometimes oddly shaped, but once they’re on the counter, no one can tell the difference. Sometimes they’re standard size but come from overproduction, so they look great. People often ask us why they’re considered “Imperfect” — but mostly how they taste this good ;)
